Dharma's Mission
Partnering to create a calm, restorative space to help heal people impacted by trauma.
Sailing Dharma is a wellness experience on the ocean—rooted in mindfulness, compassion, and the healing power of water. We take small groups out from Marina del Rey for intentional sails designed to help the nervous system settle and the mind get quiet.
Through guided meditation, sound-bowl practices, and simple grounding exercises, participants are supported in returning to themselves—gently, safely, and without pressure. We believe healing is possible, and it happens best in community.

What We Do
01.
— Safe Space
We welcome people who have lived through real trauma and provide a calm, supportive environment where they can breathe again.
02.
— We Sail To Reset
We use the ocean, the rhythm of the boat, and time away from shore to help the body downshift into a steadier state.
03.
— We Guide Meditation
We lead short, accessible mindfulness practices that quiet the mind and help participants feel grounded and present.
04.
— Sound Healing
We incorporate sound-bowl exercises to support relaxation, emotional release, and deeper states of calm.
05.
— Community
We foster connection—quietly and respectfully—so participants feel less alone and more supported in their journey.
06.
— We Offer Integration
We share simple tools to take home—breath, intention, and reflection—so the benefits can continue after the sail.
Impact Stories

A Return to Calm — One Breath at a Time
